Oscar “OJ Rodriguez, Broker/Owner Century 21 Americana

Oscar "O.J." RodriguezOJ Rodriguez was born in Glendale, CA and grew up in West Covina, CA. In 1983 he entered the Real Estate Industry as a Mortgage Banker. OJ was a very ambitious 21 year old who successfully originated FHA, VA, Conventional Purchase Money and Refinance home loans. Within the first two years of his employment he was promoted to the management team and was ultimately one of the youngest professionals to hold the position of Vice President of Operations.

In 1995 03 opened his own Real Estate Investment Firm called National Credit Industries, Inc. National Credit Industries (NCI, inc.) progressively serves the community as a Certified Minority owned and operated company.

0J also helps many obtain their dream of homeownership; creating beautiful and affordable housing inventory in the communities he serves while creating above average returns and safe investment opportunities for his investor clients. The Daily Bulleting has featured OJ in multiple articles respecting his comments and insight on the local real estate market. Under 0J’s leadership, Century 21 Americana operated in Pomona for 12 years and during that time sold more real estate than any other individual real estate company in the city!

In September of 2010 OJ took advantage of a unique opportunity to relocate Century 21 Americana to Covina, CA. With 03′s leadership and foresight Century 21 Americana continues to thrive and is now the #1 Century 21 office in Covina based on closed units.

OJ appreciates the importance of continuing education and holds many notable licenses and designations. He is an accomplished Real Estate Broker, a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, a Certified Residential Broker, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and a Certified HAFA Specialist. He also holds the Five Star Institute REO Certification and the Equator Platinum Certification. He is a Member of the Mosiac Realty Network.

OJ runs a growing real estate office while also managing an REO pipeline with clients such as Bank of America, New Vista Asset Management, NationStar, Old Republic, USRES, ISERVE and LPS. In addition to this, OJ also runs a Real Estate Licensing School while managing his income properties (units and mobile home parks)
OJ sits on the Board of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP, Orange County Chapter), the Citrus Valley Health Foundation and the Citrus Valley Health Partners. He currently resides in West Covina CA, with his wife Elizabeth and his six beautiful children.
